FAQ

Your Moodle username and password are the same as you would use for all of Roehampton's online systems e.g. student portal, email, and the library. Once your have logged into any of these systems you should have access to all of them via the same browser.

If you have lost or forgotten your Roehampton IT account password or your username, and you are unable to login, please contact the IT ServiceDesk
  • Visit the ServiceDesk enquiries on the ground floor of the Library.
  • Log a ticket via the Student Portal with details of your query.
You can also register to reset your password online as a self-service. However you will need to have signed up first for Roehampton password self-service before you can change or reset your password.

If you are a student studying with partner institutions such as QA, Catherine of Siena, Babcock Education, Aventis, Boarding Schools' Association, Froebel Trust please make sure you are trying to log in on the Partnerships Moodle site: https://partnerships.moodle.roehampton.ac.uk/

Alternatively, if you expect to access the Roehampton Moodle page more often, we suggest that you create a separate profile on the browser. You can create profiles on Chrome by clicking on the button next to the three dots in the top right corner of the browser window. Separate profiles allow you to log into different Microsoft accounts.

If your query is not relating to the content on your Moodle module such as:

  • Submitting mitigating circumstances requests
  • Study skills support
  • Assistance with the Library
  • Reading lists
Please check the support block on your Moodle Dashboard. This block offers links to many useful services and resources relating to these queries.

You can also contact the Nest team who are available to deal with all student queries, they can provide you with the necessary information and/or redirect you to the relevant department where applicable.

You can find the Nest online  https://portal.roehampton.ac.uk/nest  or in person at the main University Library front desk.

If you've been told something is on Moodle but you can't locate it, your lecturer or tutor are the best people to ask. If you can't get in touch with them, try your programme or department administrator, who will be more familiar with the department.

You can also log in to the student portal. This can be accessed by a link at the top of the Roehampton website, or directly at this link:

If you're wondering where to find a classroom or building, look at the campus map from the link below:
